Junior Coaches

Looking to take your first step into coaching? Central Cheer offers an exciting Junior Coach-in-Training Program designed to help young leaders build confidence, learn coaching skills, and make an impact in our gym.

Our Junior Coaches assist in recreational and team programs, support lead coaches, and help create a positive, inclusive experience for our athletes. It's the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience, grow leadership skills, and be part of a supportive team.

Whether you're passionate about cheer, dance, or just love working with kids, we’d love to help you grow into a future leader!

Cheer + Dance Coaches

We’re accepting applications to join our coaching team! We’re looking for energetic, passionate, and positive leaders who are ready to make a difference!

Whether you have experience in All-Star cheer, school cheer, sideline, or dance, we want to hear from you! We're looking for coaches with a background in cheerleading, dance, or youth coaching who are ready to bring creativity, leadership, and a team-first attitude to our club.
